Symtec Inc.--Makers of Heat Demons heated grips and vests
Gary Gustafson was the lead consultant on the 2010 acquisition of Symtec Inc, a manufacturer of heated grips, seats and vests for motorcycles and off-road vehicles. G-Force Consulting Inc. provided competitive environment data, opportunities for growth, marketing expertise and more to the new ownership both before and after the acquisition was completed.
"Gary has been incredibly helpful to me throughout both the acquisition and purchase of Symtec, Inc. Prior to the purchase he did extensive, detailed, and accurate research on the company, providing me with a report with both data and suggestions.
During the transition period, he helped with developing our product development pipeline and process, lending his extensive industry knowledge to help us to upgrade our processes.
Gary’s industry connections and knowledge have been a tremendous asset to me and my company, I would recommend him to anyone looking for M&A analysis in the powersports industry, as well as anyone looking to improve their technical development processes."
Riley Harlan,

ATVSilencer.com--makers of
"The Silent Rider" ATV exhausts
Gary Gustafson of G-Force Consulting Inc. played a major consulting role in the transition of this business from the previous owner to the new ownership, including advising on marketing plans, sales channels, and product adjacencies.
Anonymous Corporation
A multi-national corporation hired Gary Gustafson as lead consultant on an acquisition of a major power sports supplier. The target's future sales were determined to be tenuous, particularly because one of the target's major customers had a reputation for multi-sourcing their products to maintain competitiveness. G-Force Consulting recommended against the acquisition on grounds that the target's technology was not industry-leading and their sales projections were too optimistic. One year after the acquisition fell through, the worst-case scenario for the target did unfortunately develop--however G-Force Consulting's client was spared the potential loss they would've incurred as owners.

Gary Gustafson played an important role in
E-Z-GO's re-entry into the UTV market. E-Z-GO acquired Bad Boy Buggies and also leveraged other business strategy and technology to begin to fill out their model line up. Stay tuned!

New management at Bad Boy assumed ownership of the work and has since carried the design forward.
